SmartCard Manager Non-Domain(SCM-ND) - is an authentication solution for stand alone computers or systems. SCM-ND works with Smartcards and Tokens for Non-Class and Hi-Assurance Systems that require a greater level of security. Cryptographic Logon is key to SCM-ND and provides all the basics you expect from a middleware utilizing Microsoft Windows Security Protocols.
